Advance or instant bank transfer, the goods will still be shipped when the currency is credited to our current account

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipments are made via GLS express courier, delivery in 24H/48H, we undertake to ship the goods within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Shipping costs are valid for all of Italy excluding the smaller islands and Sardinia.
Shipping costs are not included in the price and involve a cost of:
€ 6,90 VAT included for shipments 0 – 0.8 Kg;
€ 7,90 VAT included for shipments 0.81 – 4,99 Kg;
€ 9,90 VAT included for shipments 5 – 9,99 Kg;
€ 10,90 VAT included for shipments 10 – 19,99 Kg;
€ 14,90 VAT included for shipments 20 – 29,99 Kg;
€ 22,90 VAT included for shipments 30 – 39,99 Kg;
€ 24,90 VAT included for shipments 40 – 49,99 Kg;
€ 31,90 VAT included for shipments 50 – 74,99 Kg;
Cash on delivery shipping costs are not included in the price and have a surcharge on the total cost of the order € 5,00 VAT included.
The courier's telephone notice costs 1.00€ VAT included.
Shipments to the smaller islands and Sardinia must be agreed upon by telephone or email, They are currently not available on the site due to high costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 5 D. Lgs. 185/1999, regarding distance selling, if the Customer is a consumer
(i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity)
has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations, under the conditions set out below.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send by registered letter with return receipt. communication in this sense, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The goods must then be returned at the customer's expense and within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods (days foreseen by the Legislative Decree. Lgs. 185/1999).
Rabboshopsoftair di Fabio Zasa will refund the entire amount paid for the purchase of the goods upon receipt of the UNDAMAGED and NOT WORN goods..
