These bushings are the main supports for your gears. It is essential that your bushings can handle the stress of your gears and basic operations. Our sintered metal alloy bushings use a special material enhanced with integrated oil to achieve excellent durability avoiding seizures and blockages in the gearbox.

The porous nature of the sintered alloy allows oil to easily penetrate the surface of the bushings, effectively self-lubricating the bushings themselves and reducing gear wear. These bushings can be used with a wide variety of gears and gearboxes due to their discreet low profile thickness 2,5 mm.
