Testa cilindro FluX-Cut® per tutti i Gearbox di 2° e 3° generazione
– La testa cilindro Realizzata in Ergal 7075, presenta nella parte inferiore un cono di diametro maggiore con un angolatura ben marcata in grado di indirizzare verso l’ugello il flusso di aria ed è studiato per adattarsi perfettamente alla testa pistone. Alle estremità sono presenti due pad in gomma con sezione circolare. Quello posto nella parte a contatto con la testa pistone è studiato per diminuire la superficie di impatto tra le due teste pur mantenendo ottime proprietà vibro-smorzanti, mentre quello posto a contatto con il gearbox unito ai fori ellittici fa in modo che la testa non gravi sui perni di centraggio (principale causa di rottura) smorzando al meglio gli impatti allungando la vita del gearbox.

In addition two abutment o-ring have been applied, in front and rear position, designed to ensure that the surface of impact between the two heads is low, and its strength is much more softer, also the particular shape of holes are designed to use the front O-ring part and soften up the impact and extend the life of the gearbox.
