High-performance head for V2 gearbox and V3 gearbox developed with the support of the best
engineering technologies.
Made by CNC in Anticorodal with stainless steel spout, designed to guarantee the maximum
performance and reliability even under extreme stress.

Studied in every detail:
Body geometries designed through kinematic studies with guaranteed dimensional tolerances.
Double O-ring seal

High resistance stainless steel spout:
assembled to the body using a flared thread and special glue for perfect coaxiality
and durability over time.
Larger and stable dimensions to minimize play with the pellet pusher,
limiting draft and consistency problems especially caused by mid-cap loaders

Two front pads (included in the package) of different heights to adapt to each gearbox:
Made of special polyurethane mix.
Increased contact surface to avoid wobbling and vibrations even at high FPS.
Optimized hardness to ensure correct impact absorption.

Two rear pads (included in the package):
Made of special polyurethane mix.
Better sound control.
50 Shore A (viola): for rates up to 30bb/s. Promotes silence and absorption
of the impact.
70 Shore A (nero): for high-speed setups (>30 BB/s) and hard springs. Suitable for
configurazioni high speed/high ROF ed extreme FPS.

Computational aerodynamics:
The geometries of the pads studied with CFD analysis, combined with Vertex piston heads favor:
Lamination of the air flow for greater consistency in energy and range.
Greater exploitation of cylinder volumes and performance.
Increased FPS (m/s).
