FPS POM bearing piston head designed for fast bursts and to improve the silence of the replica (TPNS)

Piston head bearboard in pom designed for fast gusts and to increase the silence of the reply thanks to the very small swing surface (TPNS).
E’ the lightest among those produced by FPS for rifles with bursts greater than 30 pellets / second.
Its adoption lightens the weight of the striking mass composed of the piston and piston head with a notable decrease in mechanical stress and noise.
The particular shape of the beating part (conical sloping towards the center with different angles) ensures that the ventilation holes are never closed by the cylinder head stop rubber, without leaving too much still air between the cylinder head and the piston head. All this ensures perfect anti-vacuum without ever producing power drops.
This piston head was developed thanks to the experience of Nico Saccocci of NikkSakk.Extreme.Airsoftcustom.
The product is supplied with a metal bearing and an orange colored technopolymer washer.
For preparations of replicas with extreme rates, our technical team recommends the use of the washer to lighten the beating mass.
